This company is the worst. I during the visit I felt good with my decision. After the first shift my mother said the sitter was rude and made her very uncomfortable. I called them to complain they said my mother was crazy and made this up. The Owners are not caring and only to seem to care about money not people and surely not caring.

Homecare Assistance was extremely awesome. All of our caregivers were good. If there was a problem with the shift, they found somebody to cover without coming to us. They always call back within half hour of when I call them. We worked with them from December till my father passed recently. The nurses were phenomenal, too.
