WORST COMPANY AGENCY! absolutely horrid and rude. Constantly declared loved ones weren't worthy of their service despite being totally disabled AND having payment by insurance. The ones in the office are rude and nasty. Can't believe they work in "healthCARE" Some of the nurses are absolutely wonderful though.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT WITH THE CHESAPEAKE OFFICE FOR OVER 4 YEARS I RECEIVE DAILY DRESSING CHANGES FOR AN LVAD DRIVE LINE CARE. THE NURSES I HAVE HAD ARE THE BEST POSSIBLE. THEY ARE HIGHLY PROFESSIOAL AND CARING DILIGENT PEOPLE. I OWE MY COTINUED GOOD HEALTH TO THESE NURSES. MY CONDITION ID TERMINAL AND THEY ARE COMMITTED TO KEEPING ME AROUND, I COUNT THEM ALL LIKE FAMILY.WEL DONE AND THANK YOU

My husband recently had a total knee replacement. This service was supposed to contact him Monday morning to set up a time for a nurse and P.T. person to come out to the house. When there was no call, we called the main number in their folder and the woman assured me that they were organizing their schedules and would be calling shortly. This was at 9:00am. We didn't hear from a nurse until 1:00, and she said she was running late and wouldn't be here until 4-5:00. Meanwhile, she assured us that she would find out something about the P.T. person, whom we still hadn't heard from. We finally received a call at 2:00, and he said that though he hadn't been scheduled to visit us today (the other person was not able to make it...thanks for the heads up!) he would be here in 20 min. By this time, my husband had done 2 rounds of exercises, was exhausted, and told him not to come. Then the nurse called at 3:45 and said she was on her way, and by the way, she had talked to the P.T. person and he would be here between 4 and 5:00. Do these people even communicate with each other??

To me in home care givers should be just that care givers. Personal Touch sent me out the best. I Had a male and he was just as caring and efficient as the femles that have been out to assist me.
