I use the tab type incontinence stuff and they actually had a training session to be sure that everybody knows how to do it. They came and showed me what I needed to do to have them use the Hoyer lift and so on. They are willing to work with the family to see that the patient gets the best care, and it has made a difference already. I would rather pay a little extra and have fewer hours. That way I have some privacy. I'd rather have them the hours that they can be useful to me and pay a little more per hour."
