Easy to contact, and helpful information. Discussed rates, availability of caregiver(s), cost in initial conversations. Follow-up in home visit (assessment) prompt. Warm and caring visit from the person in charge , who listened to my concerns, and worked with us to find a caregiver suited to our needs. She continued as mentor for several visits, first to understand our routines, and then to be sure the person chosen to be caregiver will follow through. Extremely reliable, prompt, and person oriented - respects the client and his wishes, as well as needs. Would recommend without reservation.
