We are using Brighter Day Home Care for my mother-in-law for almost a year now. We started in October last year but then she had few weeks off because she was from the hospital, then started off again. Stephanie, the lady who runs it is very nice, very energetic and very concern about her clients being matched with the right caregivers. The one she set us up has been a delight. The home health aide is very professional, very well trained and very good for my mother-in-law. They're terrific. The only issues we have is billing. It is a little erratic.
The experience with the provider and our aide is 5 stars. If the billing were handled a little more professionally (I know Stephanie has someone outside doing it) then I wouldn't have any trouble giving Brighter Day Home Care an overall rating of 5 stars.
