I like that they are very responsive. The person providing transportation has been very kind to my mom and provides support for her. The provider has helped the most by being very responsive through phone and email.

We had help 3 times. Two of the times, I was in the house. The gentlemen was very good and very kind, but he would ask my husband if he wanted to have his clothes changed or if he wanted to walk instead of suggesting to walk a little bit or saying it was time to change him. I think that is the matter of that he is a college student. He wasn't making sure that the client was moving. The agency needs to improve how they deal with the COVID situation. When they called me to say that the gentleman wouldn't be able to come the first time because he was ill, I asked if he had COVID. They told me they weren't at liberty to say anything. I thought that was odd. COVID is just a way of life these days for everyone. I wanted to know if we needed to be looking into if we had COVID.
