I live in Costa Rica and my parents are in Vermont. I am writing this review on all three of their pages as I am not sure which one is accurate. I am so grateful for the help and support provided by TLC HomeCare during my Mom''s trip to the ER on Wednesday night. After a very difficult 6 months, I was excited to be on my way to the Boston airport returning home to Costa RIca. I then received a call from The Residence that they were sending Mom to the ER in an ambulance after a fall. My excitement quickly vanished and I considered all my options. Given the great support last time in the ER, I contacted TLC HomeCare. TLC's scheduled Sharon, who Mom is now very attached to, was at the UVMMC ER in no time. She stayed with Mom until her return to The Residence at midnight. Given Mom's dementia, having someone there I believe was critical. I was so relieved and thankful for this option. I was able to get on the plane and Mom seemed fine when I spoke with her via video phone yesterday:). I am grateful to all that made this happen at a time Me and Mom really needed it. You folks are really living up to the TLC name. Many thanks!

TLC HomeCare took excellent care of my dad for 5 years and my mom for 6 months. My dad was a renouned retired MD from Dartmouth College of Medicine. He was very particular about wanting to stay home to the end of his life. We intinally contacted TLC to assist with hospice care for my mom. The visiting nurses were providing hospice care but my mother needed care around the clock. TLC Home Care came highly recommended to provide 24/7 care for her. TLC homecare took excellent care of her for nearly six months. After my mother's passing, my father's health condition started to deteriate. We decided to have TLC come in few hours a day couple of times a week to engage with him and take him out to visit his friends. Over the years few hours become 6-8 hours and then around the clock care for him. There were ups and downs with the care he received. I would be lying if I said everything was perfect. TLC had many shortcomings but what impressed me was how quickly they went to task in fixing the problem and making sure it never happened again. My family and I are eternally greatful to all the care staff that took excellent care of my parents. It turly takes a special person to be a caretaker.

Terrible experience with this provider. Unreliable and insufficient care for elderly person with dementia. Also had challenges scheduling care and problems with billing errors on multiple occasions. Caregivers were kind overall but not qualified to give the care that they were being asked to do.

Have been providing care for my father for over 4 years. TLC is a wonderful organization with great caregivers and wonderful office staff. I highly recommend them!

They took care of my parents for two years. My siblings and I are completely satisfied with the quality of care that TLC provided for them. We had our own challenges, but TLC staff and the caregivers were willing to work with us to provide the best care that they could for my parents.
