The caregiver is prompt, courteous, interacts well with Dad, keeps him active, makes the meals that he enjoys, and takes him outside to see the birds. She is keeping him active and keeping him aware. She is very pleasant to work with. We have zero complaints.

They tailored the people to my needs and were able to make changes when needed. They were understanding and flexible.

Home Care Assistance was good about updating us on things that was going on with my mother at the nursing home she was in. My mother went into a nursing home and had a bad fall three days into her being there. Then me and my sisters were afraid to leave my mother alone there at night so we hired Home Care Assistance services. Those services helped to give me and my sisters a peace of mind so we didn't' have to be there for my mother 24/7 because it was hard for us to be there overnight.
