They always had someone available if the caretaker was out sick or had a Dr's. appointment. My parents were assisted during the daytime from July 2015 until Nov 2017 when their physical and mental conditions deteriorated to where we had to admit them both to an assisted living facility where they required 24x7 care. The last caretaker from Helping our Seniors was Rosemarie who cooked meals and helped them with medications that were to be taken several times a day. She even came to dads funeral when he passed at the assisted living facility at 92; she was very concerned and passionate about her care for the folks. They even drove mom to her hair appointments[ and dad to his medical appointments. They were always on time each day and always called us if there was any problems at the home. Initially they did an inspection of the home and made safety recommendations to us.
