They've helped most by sending someone to do VAC dressing changes. I like our nurse.

They take care of my wound. They are doing a good job.

They have been fine. The supervisor over the therapists only comes once or twice a month. She has been good. Thy sent out an evaluator and then they contracted with another party for a Physical Therapist.

My alternative is to go to a hospital to get infusions weekly. This is a better choice. My nurse is great. I haven't had any issues.

They helped out a lot. They were able to do things that we didn't have training for whether it was setting up an infusion, changing him, or helping with other things. The services were good, and they were available, even if we needed them outside of scheduled times.
