The Nurse I will call "A" is very rude. Doesn't care what the patients wishes are and is adamant that she needed to be dragged to a hospital when she had told her and the social worker and everyone else that she didn't want ANY medical intervention. She simply wanted to be left alone to die at peace in her own bed. This nurse called the rescue squad over and over for 4 days straight trying to get them to take her to a hospital. I'm glad this patient at 85 who was dying was able to advocate for herself right up until she died. I shudder to think of her patients who can't advocate for themselves that are in her care. I Pray Please God, intervene on their behalf. No one in this situation could get through to this nurse to respect her patient's wishes and stop putting her through unnecessary trauma.

My dads Tender Care Nurse was awesome! I couldn't get him to listen to me and take his meds and use his walker. Once they came in I saw a big difference in how he acted towards his health. Last week he was able to go fishing again. Meant alot to me This is the longest he's been out of the hospital. Thank you!

I talked to a case manager who was very insulting, rude and disrespectful. This is not good customer service. If they mistreat people over the phone, how do they expect us to believe they are going to treat people decently in person?

The staff at Tender Care gave me the confidence to take care of my mom at home. My family and I are grateful for her nurse and therapist. I once had to call 911 because of the symptoms they taught me to recognize. I am truly in their gratitude.
