I got a good service from Our Angel. Whenever somebody was not able to make it, they would call me in the morning and let me know if I wanted some meals to come. I was pleased with them. It was recommended by one of the representatives. I talked to her -- it was just a simple conversation -- and she told me to make an appointment with her. I went to her office, and she asked me what kind of problems my husband had. I explained everything to hopefully know with my husband, and she said, I am going to give a phone number you can talk to. They all worked and do their job well. I would recommend the facility, and he was comfortable with the caregivers.

So many missed or re-scheduled visits! It makes it really hard to keep a schedule for my dad. I complained got offered another nurse who was incredibly rude.
