I was a little hesitant about starting home health services, but my doctor recommended it for my mother who used to be very independent and after getting COVID she lost a lot of ability to do for herself. I had no idea who to choose, so i'm glad my doctor recommended Bienestar. First the head nurse called to let me know she had recieved the order from my mothers doctor and wanted to know the best time to see her, she was there the same day. Than after her evaluation she set my mother up with what she said she needed, a nurse to do weekly visits, and PT to start a home exercise program. My mother is doing so much better, and I'm glad i let them into my home. They take care of her like family. I highly recommend.

The care being provided by Bienestar Home Health Services is great. We've had them since December. Aside from medication management, they help my aunt shower, monitor her blood pressure, and get her physical therapy. The communication with the agency is good, any time I need anything I just call them directly. The caregivers and the staff are all very good, they're excellent. This agency was recommended by the doctor that my aunt was seeing. I would absolutely recommend them to others. The caregivers are all very professional. They're always on time, extremely pleasant, and really know their job. It's actually the best agency we've ever had.
