We hired Angel Bright Home Health and Hospice for my mother. There's a team made up of a doctor, RN, CNA, and a chaplain. They come in periodically throughout the week to bathe her, change her wounds, reorder medications, make sure she does not have additional complications, and they monitor her progress. So far, we're satisfied, and I have no complaints. The communication has been pretty fast, and I have had no issues.

Angel Bright Home Health were very thorough, professional, and provided great care. They provided physical therapy, bathing, cleaning, and cooking. Their scheduling and billing seemed to be very straightforward; it didn’t have any complications.

I had a bad experience with this agency. Twice they were scheduled to come to the house and draw blood work for my 86-year-old mother, as she was fasting. They said they would be here between 8:30 and 9:00 am. They never showed up and my provider said my mother was shaking and very hungry and going into low blood sugar symptoms. When I called them to ask why they didn't come, they said there was no lab work scheduled on those days. I informed them that, yes, there were. They checked their records, and sure enough, she was scheduled for lab work. I can understand a mistake, but TWO mistakes on this!!! This is a very crucial error because you have a frail, elderly woman fasting and then she starts shaking due to low blood sugar drops and this is very, very bad for her health!!! It took a while for the provider to get her to come around and be level!! And my provider called them at 11:30 to ask why they hadn't come and they told her the same thing: that she wasn't scheduled for lab work!!! I talked to my mom's doctor and informed him of what was going on and hired a new home health agency. I cannot believe that they would make such erroneous mistakes! And not just once, but twice!!!! If you are searching for home health care, you better look elsewhere. They are just not professional and responsible enough to provide the kind of care that an elderly person needs.
