I'm using Jefferson County Home Health. Their service is wonderful. The caregivers are very professional, prompt, friendly, and always greet me with a hug and a smile. If they're going to be late, I always get a text or a phone call. They're always very courteous and letting me know what's going on, so that I know how to manage the rest of my day. Communication is very good. They always respond quickly. If the answering machine picks up, and it sounds to them like it might be urgent that I need to speak with a nurse, they always have a nurse call and instruct me as to what I need to do.
