The care helps. The caregiver is only here for a few hours for a few days a week, but it is a help for me and my home. We could schedule someone when it made sense for us. We could base the care on the amount needed and whether we could afford it. I have no suggestions for improvement. I think the caregiver handles it the best she can. I know she can only do so much with the limited time she's here.
