It is an innovative model of care for seniors 55 years of age and older who are eligible for Medicare and Medical Assistance or able to pay privately, and who are Medically Eligible.

well first of all they should be shutdown becaue if the person in seniorlife is in need of a doctor they will not aprove for them to go they think they can handle everything there self and not let them grt the treatment they need and they say there a round the clock care team but they dont come if needed unless you keep right on them they will hang up on you if they dodnt like what you want for your family member i feel they are all about the money and dont care about the person at all
