We're using At Home Quality Care for my wife. It's been good. Things have been real screwy and hectic here at the house. They started last Thursday. They were here Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Monday, the patient went to the hospital and she's there right now, so care up to this point has been good. I'm just not used to having someone around the house to give direction to like that. I initially worked with Kaori, the regional marketing person. We've got a 24/7 live-in person here. They assist her with her medications, making sure we get them and administer them.

I like everything about the caregiver services that I have received. I appreciate the help for the things that I can't do on my own.

My mother and my family really appreciated the fact that their caregivers read the Bible and was very warm.

The agency went above and beyond to accommodate our families erratic schedule, there way always somewhere there to care for my Mom. The caregivers were very compassionate and diligent and caring for mom and making her day pleasant. Mom was always very clean, nicely dressed and well cared for.

Many items went missing in my loved one's home after each of the "caregiver's" visits. The owner of the company was rude and abrasive.
