We call All Care, and they come to the house. We had to fire people at first, but the other three people are really good. One just sits there, but she makes sure that my father gets his medicine. One of them is always talking, they go out and do stuff, and she actually cooks meals. She is a friend instead of just a babysitter. The other one kind of does a little bit, but not too much. Besides firing the first three people, everything has been good.

Not very good I hired this company before we really needed the service. We filled out all necessary paperwork and told we could call when we wanted them to start. So the day we needed them to start we were told my dad wasn't in the system. Finally they found his paperwork but said it would take awhile to get him in the system. It took 5 days before they had any one to send out. We really needed them to help with night time monitoring so we could get some much needed sleep. The first person they sent her first words out of her mouth were he is too big for her to handle his personal care (which was one of the main reasons we hired AllCare) So then they sent a man. The man they sent was not very good, he did not follow hospice's directives and on the second night we had to call in a triage nurse because he agitated dad so much. She even sent him to the other room for the rest of the night (what a waste of money). So again we didn't get any sleep. I will say the caregiver they sent the next morning was very good, but dad passed after only 3 hours. I guess he sensed the calm. My advice to you, is to avoid this company...the care givers are spotty at best

Very or service! Untrained Caregivers and CONSTANT last minute cancellations! We’ve made many complaints, only to be met with rude costumer service! Unacceptable !

I am a friend of a former client. My friend was treated so poorly by this group that he was dead within the year. When they took over his care the workers refused to get him out of bed and into his chair("for safety reasons" they said). His past carers and friends and family were getting him up almost every day prior to AllCare involvement. When we attemped to come over and continue to do this for our loved one the caregivers made us all feel very uncomfirtable and refused to allow us to care for him(free of charge of course) saying that it would cause a liability for them if something happened. This made it impossible for him to recieve the care he deserved. They alienated him from his family and friends and left him stuck in bed with no recourse and too sick to fight. Very sad.0

I’ve been using All Care for almost a year, and the caregiver I have now is wonderful, but they had young people that were pretty lazy, and the one that answers the phone in the office is very rude. My caregiver helped with food prep, walking them, and assisting in the shower, and is mostly on standby.
