If you are owed a refund from this company, good luck collecting it. My father in law was discharged from care back in July 2021. Home Care LLC sent him a credit memo with no explanation other than that he had a credit of a couple thousand dollars. This memo was from April 2021, but no check was ever cut. When I requested the check, I was told that it was on the way. Since then I have not been able to talk with any member of this company outside of the people who answer the phone. Maybe if I write less than stellar reviews someone at the company will finally take notice. Outside of hiring a lawyer that's all I can do because phone calls do not work.

I think the quality has been good. There have just been so many substitutions, and I find it disturbing. I find it very difficult to have so many caregivers, and I have about 10 subs. I did not think that would happen.

They could match the caregivers with the client. They need to have someone show up when they say they are going to.

It's been very helpful for me because it gives me a break. They genuinely try fill the hole if a caregiver can't make it.

We've had trouble with communication. Because of the miscommunication, I didn't have a caregiver last week. They're a good agency because my services have been good. All of the caregivers have ranged from good to outstanding.

They keep the house up and keeping things going. The main thing is availability. We need to have people here. They seem to have done well at that.

I have dementia, so it's hard for me to think of things for them. A lot of times, I like the guy that comes over on Tuesday nights and what he does for me, but the other people that come over, I have nothing for them to do, so they just sit on my couch and play on their cell phone and don't do anything. They are such nice people and they are very helpful.

The impact has been tremendous. The most helpful part is the quality of the caretakers and the scheduling. The woman who does the schedules is helpful, professional, attentive, and always responsive when I need her. The caretakers have all been very good, kind, sensitive, and tolerant.

She has been really struggling with Alzheimer's, and her caretaker has been really helpful with a large number of things. Without it, I wouldn't know where else to go. The caregiver is in communication with my sister and I, which makes it easier on us. When we first started this, we had to have 24/7 care, and all of the caregivers were very professional. They did a good job. Now we just have one caretaker that is there, and they have been really professional.

It has helped me live more comfortably at home because I am in a wheelchair. I have no complaints about them, and I particularly like the one girl that has been working for me.

They could simplify the billing process. It is hard to get weekly bills rather than monthly bills. They follow through and are reliable. They are reliable, and the people they send are good.

One of the caregivers stole from me. I think they need to screen their caregivers better.

It's only two days a week. We are catching up on the laundry. I haven't been able to walk up the stairs in years. I have just been buying new clothes. They send somebody to help me.

Anyone that is helping is helpful for us. They have made my life easier by allowing me to not have stay home. They could improve by screening their people better and getting better quality people.
