My mother’s PCP referred St John Medical Center Home Health Care. They come in and take her blood pressure. There’s an occupational therapist who helps her with her shower and cooking, and there’s a physical therapist that comes in and helps her with rehab on her hip. I have all the bases covered and haven’t had any problems whatsoever. They follow the guidelines that we put in place. They’re always prompt when they say they’re going to be there. They always write down notes for me, so it’s there when I get off work to review. I don’t find fault with them at all.
