I only had St. Francis for a week. They’re here when they’re supposed to be, and I am satisfied with their service. They’re lovely ladies who seem to know what they’re doing.

If you have a choice i strongly encourage you to pick any other Home Health Care Organization. This group has horrible communication and terrible leadership. I have been out of the hospital for almost 3 weeks and still cannot get an aide to come give me a bath. They have had many excuses all of which are not true. So very disappointed .

I have been using this agency for years now. Professional and reliable without a doubt. Kathy ( Nurse) is so compassionate and tries to help me troubleshoot issues that I didn't even think of. Always on time and never in a hurry!! Thank you St. Francis Home Health for being the BEST! MS
