We have caregivers from Visiting Angels and they're very good and very attentive. They have training for CPR, they're familiar with dementia -- which is what we needed -- and they're not afraid to get their hands dirty. They're very good. The agency is very helpful.

We found ourselves in a position where our 86 year old Mother kept falling and the assisted living facility did not provide enough care for her. We have Visiting Angels with our Mother 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The care givers are really great and treat Mom like she is one of their family. There is a written schedule of duties; however, the most important thing is to stay by Mom's side to be sure that when she gets out of bed, or a chair, etc. that she is using her walker as she suffers from dementia as well as Parkinson's Disease. We are very pleased with the Angels and there has not been a fall since May of this year--prior to this there had been 5 falls from Feb. to May. We are very happy that the Angels are keeping her safe.
