As I went through the recovery process, it was very helpful to have someone with me and help me with things that were challenging for me. My caregiver has also happened to be very good company for me. I like that it's very personalized. I think the people that have been in my home and my current caregiver are well trained, they have good character, they're trustworthy, and they like what they doing. It's very comforting to know I can have someone come into my home, trust them, have them respect my property, and help me.

5 minutes ago I got a call from the owner, and she wanted to talk to me about what happened between me and the person in the office. She got very rude with me and talked to me like a child, and she was being very rude to me. She kept saying I'm supposed to call the office and give them a 24-hour notice, and she called me nuts, and then I started to get very upset. I don't need a company that tells me I'm nuts just because I don't need someone to work. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody because I take care of my mom and live with her during the day, and I just need someone for her from 3-11 when I work. On my days off sometimes I don't need anybody or I just need them for a short time, and last night I texted the caregiver and told her I didn't need her to come in and she said that was fine. But then I got a call from someone in the office and she pretty much scolded me for texting the lady working, and that I have to go through the office. She just kept going on about me calling the office and giving them a 24 hour notice and that I shouldn't call the caregiver, and was talking to me like I was 5 years old.
