I have found Golden Heart to be a great blessing to our family. I was afraid that mom was not eating after dad"s death and she seemed do lonely. I hired a caregiver to come check on her make meals and just check up on her. Since I'm juggling work and family, I don't have a lot of time. The caregiver is great they have baked a pie, watched tv, and the last I saw mom, she was laughing with the caregiver, while they were watching a show.

Working with Golden Heart has been a blessing. When we were at a total loss of what to do Becky the director, helped us find a solution. With her help and the help of the scheduler and our great caregivers, we brought dad back to his home, his dog and everything he loves. They provide the help he needs to stay in his home. They cook, Clean, take to appointments, play cards, go on walks with dad and dog. They help with whatever he needs. Best decision we've made for dad.

The first agency we hired for my mother was Golden Heart Senior Care. The caregiver was just satisfactory. My mom didn’t really get along with her much, it didn’t work out very well, and she ended up quitting the agency. It was on a Friday she quit, and they said they were going to send me a replacement, but they did not. I ended up having to take off work.

We did go with Golden Heart Senior Care that does offer light home cleaning, and then also offers companionship and beginning health care. It’s very satisfactory at the present time.
