This company should be shut down. I lost my job due to having to be home with my mother due to cancellations with caregivers and we pay for 24hour around the clock care. We have fired this company and have gone with a much more reliable company. It’s a little more costly but guaranteed coverage .

We used Countryside Living Elderly Home Care for 2 years. It was excellent. They sat with my wife and they took care of her. I needed them to be with her; I did everything else. The caregivers were very friendly, congenial, and very good. They're on time, too. Billing and scheduling were fine. They billed me by the month.

Countryside Living Elderly Home Care was very good. They were honest about everything. My friend has Alzheimer's and the person that took care of her was wonderful. I really appreciated everything they did. I used them for 8 months. The caregiver helped my friend with some of the housekeeping, she made sure that she took a shower, she helped her with getting in and out of the tub, and she fixed her something to eat. The caregiver was just caring. When I tell my friend the caregiver is coming, she would have a sparkle in her eyes because she's happy that she's coming.

I've been using Countryside Living and Elderly Home care since last year. I'm in a wheelchair and I can't stand up and walk, so right now, I'm in therapy. They provide care. The caregiver comes in at 8 a.m. and leaves at 12. Then they come back until I can get myself transferred into bed. They come back at 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. They do the laundry. My husband was here when they first came but he had passed away last September, and so it is just me that they have to care for. They usually help me with breakfast after they get me washed up and dressed. In the meantime, they tidy up the house. They don't do any heavy cleaning but they do take care of the clothes and the bed linens. They also do a few things like take the trash out. Overall, they just do anything that I needed done. They help me when the therapist comes to help with what they do. I'm satisfied with them and I don't have any problems at all. There were three different people that came, and with my experience with those three, this would be the best. If someone is late or too sick to come, they send somebody, so that I'm not left alone.
