We chose Comfort Keepers because it was closer to home. We loved the one helper we had, her name was Shelly and she's been a helper there forever. The prices are way too expensive and they send different people. They should improve by making sure that when they send somebody to a home that it's the same person each time. Also, they should reduce the cost and eliminate and cut out the fuel surcharge. But their caregivers do show a genuine compassion for what they do.
