I was unable to drive for a few weeks and after letting them know my appointment times, there was always someone there to pick me up and get me to my appointment. I was also taken to the grocery store when needed. I was having trouble keeping track of my medications and there was someone available to help me get my pill box fill properly and check to take sure I was taking my medications. Everyone I interacted with was kind and caring and I felt as if they were making sure I was well taken care of.

We used Senior Services Options for a few months to aid my mother and father. It was very difficult to maintain a caregiver and after several times of no shows and no notification, we terminated their services. We tried to be understanding because workers are hard to find but the repeated no shows became unacceptable.

My care provider has gone over and beyond my expectations of her fine services. She is caring for my Mom in the same way that I would. I love how she takes the initiative to see that everything has been addressed (taken care of) in the comfort of my moms home that may not have been expected. Im at total ease knowing that she's there in my absence tending to the physical needs of mom. Thank you!
