My mom is using Aultman Health Care in Your Home Canton, OH. They come out to our house, the nurses once a week, the therapists come twice a week, and sometimes if there's a problem, the therapist will call the nurse, and the nurse will say, 'Well, I will talk to so-and-so and I'll get back to you.' and they always do. Their communication is excellent. The therapist has helped her walk and given her exercises to do. And then they come back and check on her. They even recently have been helping her learn how to get around her kitchen so that she can get some simple meals for herself. They've taught her safely to do that, like getting things out of the refrigerator. I've learned a lot from them. The nurses are very thorough and very knowledgeable. If they're not sure about something, they call either their manager or a nurse practitioner or they call my mom's doctor. They work very well with mom's doctor.
