We have recently been using Community Home Health Care while our full-time aide is away. This agency, by far, is the best, and their people are good. There have been two incidences where we have had temps, each a week long. The people they have sent have been very good, but the office worker has been pretty bad. They call me all the time, keep asking the same questions, and keep making the same mistakes. They kept calling me and said that he hadn't been paid. I told him that I haven't been billed, and so I had to call them five times just to get the bill and the bill was three weeks late. If I could rate the office, I would give them a 1, but they have sent us two very good people and the rates are so much lower than everybody else.
