I'm 90 years old and I had a caregiver for a year and then he moved. Somebody told me that Karen is very personable and really really on the ball so I just called her. I was looking for a new caregiver. She was very good and told me that she will get the right person for me. I lead a very nice life. I travel a lot in my car. I have a very nice apartment here in the mountains. She found one person and then I found out that he could not drive. I want a younger person around 25 years old. So she found a very nice caregiver for me. He's 25 and I've had him now for 2 months. He has been working very well and very qualified. Hopefully he'll be with me for a long time. I was very pleased with what Karen did in finding the right person for me. I gave her every recommendation I can. I'm very happy with their service.

I like Karen from Caring Homecare because we can communicate with her. If we have a problem she was right on it and would take care of it herself. We can communicate with her very easily and she can communicate any problems. If we have problems with somebody she replaces them immediately or she will take it upon herself to even take their place if it's needed. She doesn't leave us hanging. As for the caregivers, some are better than others. I think that problem is that I don't think that some were not clear as to what they need to do. But from the care that we have gotten, I think that it's still pretty good. We are satisfied with the entire service.

We initially chose Karen because we interviewed her and she seemed to be an individual who would fit best with my wife's needs. I primarily used Karen's services and I find her extremely devoted, very caring, and very knowledgeable in a difficult situation. My wife is a difficult patient. I find Karen to be extremely professional. I had also used one other caregiver with Caring Homecare and I found them both to be excellent. My wife is an Alzheimer's patient who needs considerable care. She needs constant supervision since she can't walk alone by herself.
