Sterling Glen was recommended to us by Atria Assisted Living. They're excellent! They're very, very good. I actually tried a few agencies in the past. Atria gave me 4 names of agencies that I could call to get an aide for my mother. I tried a few and Sterling Glen was the most professional and the most efficient. I'm very, very pleased with them. My experience with one in particular whom we're using is very good. She's very caring and proactive. She cares about my mother and it's not just a job for her.

I thought that Sterling Glen was good and reliable. I didn't have any complaints with them or any of their people. The caregiver they provided was able to learn quickly and able to follow the routine that I have been accustomed to. She was very, very happy to preserve doing things the way I was able and capable of doing. She wasn't asking me to do things her way.
