They get back to me almost immediately, and they have accommodated me on an as-needed basis every time. She got us Jodi, who is excellent, and she knows his medicine regimen.

The quality of the caregivers is inconsistent. Some are very good, and some are not so much I like having them consistently on a daily basis, making sure someone is there.

My mother is staying home, and we have someone from Homewatch CareGivers of Woodbridge who's been visiting the house. We have been using this agency for almost two years now. They help with everything from cleaning and cooking to bathing and changing clothes. They email me the bill, and the scheduling has been fine. I don't do anything with the scheduling. I just deal with one person, and they make sure that someone is present. They do very good service, and they're very friendly and trustworthy. I am very satisfied with them.

They did an amazing job, we completely relied on them. Priscilla knew exactly what he needed and hot to get him to do things. The owner was easily accessible to ask any questions or to change the schedule.

I am using Homewatch CareGivers of Woodbridge for my mom. The caregiver is doing a good job, but my mother is very difficult to work with. The caregiver doesn't suggest anything, so they sit there and don't do much. I don't think it's her fault; I think it's my mother's fault. She doesn't want to do anything. So, I don't think it's working out. They provide companionship and come in for two hours a day, three days a week. The communication is good, and so is the value of money.

Some caregivers are better than others. The caregiver I have now thinks she is my mother and takes care of everything. Most of the caregivers I have are excellent, and they are very punctual as well as very caring.

They arrive on time and if they are late they let us know. I like that they show concern and it's more than just a company. They respect and treat the clients and people good.

I live far away and we have had to call to get a replacement quickly. The caregivers make sure my loved one stays hydrated, eats, and takes their medication. They call me to inform me of things I didn't notice before. They have been great. They are able to help us out when something happens and the caregiver can't make it.

The Hospice Care was performed at my home. Always on time with great communication. My care givers name was Hemwatte. She was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worked with my mom every second she was there. Spoke with her, cleaned her and made sure she was always comfortable. When I returned home, she sat me down and communicated everything that happened during the day. Hemwatte is a "REAL" caregiver. May God bless her. I guarantee that my Mom is watching over her from heaven, and Hemwatte knows my Mom loved her!!!!! (see gathered the strength to say this one day. I was so happy Hemwatte heard this). THANK YOU HEMWATTE!!!!

My mother is using Homewatch CareGivers of Woodbridge. They're very nice. The attendants that come over are very nice, too. I have no complaints. It's still cold out, but the girl that comes walks her around the house. I have a treadmill, so she puts her on the treadmill for a little bit. I give her some food, so she can cook for her. She's only here for a few hours, just so my mother can get used to somebody until I find work. We chose them because they're within the area. I figure it would be more convenient that way.
