We used Griswold Home Care for Mom for around 2 months. They provided total care, and she didn't complain at all. She was very comfortable with them. I was very happy with the scheduling, and they billed us weekly. They were very good.

We hired Griswold Home Care last March. Their service the first time is live-in 24-hour care. We chose it because a lot of my mother's friends have used the agency, and they are pleased. It is local, and there is a no contract that I like because you will not get locked-in. The service of the agency is fine. The first caregiver I cannot give 5 stars. She was there for 10 days. I don't think it is so much of the agency; it is the caregiver themselves because we went through the same agency and got it overnight, and we can't be happier. The billing is fine. It is a weekly billing, and we like that. The scheduling is very flexible. We like the communication. It is easy to communicate. They answer phone calls immediately, and they handle situations professionally.
