It's helping her if they help her take her medication. She hasn't been taking it and this is why she's back in the hospital. Some days are better than other days. I saw their ads on TV and they're a good company. Sometimes there is a language gap between the people who are trying to help my cousin and my cousin. There isn't understanding of the English language.

The services were helpful because the caregiver was my eyes and ears. They would always call or text me to let me know how things were going. They responded whenever our full-time caregiver wasn't around. I tried to have the same caregiver come, and the agency tried to accommodate that.

They could have called me ahead of time to let me know the name of the aide coming. I think they should all be wearing some type of smock with the name of the company and an ID with their name, so I know who they are. It is very professional when they do that and only two of them do that. I was dissatisfied with some of the aides and satisfied with others. I don't know if they are aware of it. Some were nice and dedicated and others not so much.

When I came home, we found our baby left on the sofa, and I was not happy about that. My oldest son also said that the caregiver had fallen asleep on the sofa. I had some issues with the company I found out after the care.

They were able to assess my mother's situation on a daily basis and provide for her needs. They were a great help to my mother. They sent the perfect caregiver. My mother is very difficult. She has Dementia and is incontinent. We needed someone who could take care of her and talk down and the caregiver is great.

They don't have a lot of people that can drive. I have a hard time getting the right caregivers. Their policy is that unless the caregiver has a driver's licence, they can't come in the car with me, and that makes it hard. It's a big deterrent. If I have to go to a doctor's appointment, the caregiver has to stay home and it's not worth having the caregiver.

The services allow me time to get out and do things I need to do. There are times where I feel like I have to stay and show the new aides where things are and acclimate them to the place and to my father. The professionalism of the aides stand out the most. The caregivers we have had the most that take of our father have been good. Some haven't done well, but that may be due to the lack of training. My father has dementia.

It is a different scenario. They matched my mother with someone that was older who can cope with her. They understand her frailties. They aren't on the phone every time. It is a different maturity level. My mother has dementia. She can sort of function on her own. They ignite what is left of her memory and everything. It has made a big impact on her. I can see a difference. I can tell the days they have been with her.
