Home Health Aide Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming. Basic housekeeping: Cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks. Meal preparation and/or delivery. Companionship: Reading aloud, playing games, chatting, etc. Assistance with ambulation, transfers, and fall prevention. Medication reminders. Errands and appointment escorts. 2. Personal Care Help with basic personal needs: Getting out of bed, walking, bathing, and dressing. Specialized care under nurse supervision: Exercise and range of motion assistance. Accompaniment to events (e.g., family outings). 3. Homemaker Services Assistance with household chores and tasks: Meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, and housekeeping. Errands and appointment escorts. Companionship for comfort and supervision. 4. Accompany to Doctor Appointments Support for elderly patients who find it difficult or intimidating to attend appointments alone. Ensures patients receive necessary medical attention. 5. Socialization Care Helps patients maintain necessary social interaction. Supports mental health by addressing physical limitations or social intimidation. Provides companionship and engagement. 6. Nursing Services Registered nurse creates a care plan in consultation with the doctor. Nursing services include: Wound dressing and ostomy care. Intravenous therapy and medication administration. General health monitoring and pain control. Other health-related support as needed.
