They give him someone to lean on and help him other than his parents. They provide him transportation to places so that he doesn't feel so isolated. I would recommend because of whom the owners are. They are caring and have great attention to detail to the clients.

They know exactly what they are doing and are trained very well. They are very good and seemed nice. The people really care. The one staff member was trying to get ahold of me and kept leaving voicemails and texts and stuff like that I was in a really down position at that time, so she came over to see how I was doing. They have been such a wonderful organization, and the people are really awesome.

The caregiver makes sure she brushes her teeth, and sure she's clean and her environment is as well. What I like the most about them is that they're always available for any questions we may have.

There could be a greater impact on his daily life if there was a replacement for the caregiver if they do not show up. When they do not have anyone to replace the caregivers, he is left alone.
