I have been working with this company for over a year to help with my bed bound mother. The employees come into your house and leave it a mess, they come sick and without the proper tools to keep your loved one from getting sick, they don't update you on situations they are having and because of that we almost got BEDBUGS. They are always late or not showing up at all. Last straw was a no call, no show for 2 shifts we were scheduled for. When I spoke to the owner she hung up on me.

Freedom Home Care has been very helpful. We have someone 24 hours a day, and we have an extra caregiver in when my mother returned home. We're very happy with the agency so far, and we've been using the agency for almost a month now. They assist with activities of daily living, help her bathe, and do chores around the house, and they sometimes will take my mom out for a walk. My father is pretty much sedentary right now. So far, we've been having a pretty good experience. We even hired the same agency for a while when my mother was in a nursing home for rehabilitation. We had an individual come and sit with her, and it was very helpful. They're very caring, and the supervision is very good. We've been quite satisfied with the care they provide. I had not seen any problems, and they are very quick to call if they have concerns about my parents' welfare. I'm very happy with them.
