I am 91 years old my name is Connie, this company has helped since 2009 and they have never let me down. They have went from a little help to now a lot of help. The owner will call and talk to me I was a professional Job developer and it really makes me feel good to have human resource conversations, keeps my brain sharp. Kind, caring, giving and always a helping hand. If you can get them for yourself or your love ones do it they are the best!

We're using All Needs Senior Services. The VA got them for me because they're the ones paying for it. The communication between me and the agency has been poor. I go to work on certain days and they don't show up. The caregiver is nice and everything. They mostly help with meal prep and housekeeping. My husband has dementia so they're doing it for safety reasons. I wish they could improve on being more social with my husband and do what I ask them to do, especially showing up when they're supposed to.
