We are experienced in making in-home needs– assessments to help our clients determine their own requirements and assist them in developing a customized care plan. We will make referrals on behalf of our clients for forms of assistances (with permission). We adapt our service to conform to our client’s needs and preferences. We carefully hire, screen, train and inform our employees thoroughly. We handle hand issues that surface such as scheduling difficulties, illness, shift cancellations, arrangements of substitute workers, and provide continuous supervisions of our client’s induvial circumstance. We follow-up with our clients on a regular basis to assess service effectiveness and make revisions the reflect changing needs and wishes.
