I've been with other agencies and Maxim has been the best. The team has been so polite and caring. They always ask how my day is going and willing to take the time to have a conversation with me. It's a team that really cares. I've recommended other to Maxim.

Maxim Healthcare in Grand Rapids is the worst ever, they send out nurses that are not qualified, they lie to you about when they can send out nurses, they tell you they will send out nurses for orientation and they never show cause they never had them, the guy that runs the Grand Rapids office is a joke! He blows smoke up your butt by telling you he is hiring nurses as you speak with him to ease your mind when they cannot hired many nurses because they underpay them, never give them raises and always mess their checks up! When something is their fault they put the blame on their nurses instead of admitting their mistake, this place is bad and after my experience with them I would not even let them take care of a sick wild animal..
