They could have been more consistent with the dementia routine. Improve their staff turnover.

She seems to be doing well and hasn't expressed the desire to move. They've had a change in director, and I feel like communication is not as good anymore.

It's hard to rate right now. They work well with me. They are friendly. I would recommend them to anybody.

They are really good about bringing the client out to the car and making sure they don't fall. They help her use her walker all the time. I think the caregivers are nice and treat the client well.

They cannot do much more than what they're doing right now. I am concerned about the food he is getting now.

The client has dementia and if something is going on they will call and let me know. Ascension Health Homes is for elderly men and the client is a man and that is why I chose them.

I have no complaints with them. They take her out and get her active. They constantly reassure her that she's okay. It's clean, and the home is updated.
