We asked for someone who could come in because my daughter had to be out of town for several days for a trip. They came in every other day for 4 hours and helped with bathing and some personal grooming. The first two visits were excellent. I didn't have a problem. The third visit had a misunderstanding between 2 staff members. One person didn't show up that second time but the on site care was excellent. They did what I asked them. They did things beyond what I asked them. They showed a lot of initiative to go ahead and do things they saw that needed to be done. I was happy with their visits. One woman went beyond what the actual level that is required. She is more experienced and she was really good. The other woman was doing what was necessary. She was a little lower in experience but she still was out going. She did what I needed her to have done. They're high quality people that I got. Not inexpensive but good service.

FirstLight were just very good and very kind. The caregivers who did come in to help me in the morning and night were excellent. I really appreciate their very good job. They weren't mean to my husband, but treated him with respect. Even though his situation was deteriorating, they did not make him feel that way. They were doing everything for him. They took care of him and just called him by his first name and treated him nicely. I started using them in the beginning of July and my husband passed away in September. Overall they were very nice and pleasant.

Knowing Linda and positive feedback from some other clients that she had, made me to decide to go with their company. It was my first time to use their service and it was for about a few months. We're not needing their help as of right now but if I need to get a service it would be through them again. They greatly helped my mother in-law with her household needs.
