VERY UNRESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS! MY HUSBAND HAS DEMENTIA & PARKINSON’S DISEASE & IN NEED OF CARETAKING SERVICES. CARETAKERS WERE NOT COMMITTED TO THE JOB. WHEN I COMPLAINED, I NEVER FELT LIKE OUR SITUATION MATTERED MUCH TO THIS CARETAKER SERVICE. THEY SEEM NICE UNTIL YOU SIGN UP AS A CLIENT. AS THE WIFE OF A DISABLED VETERAN, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY!!

Kennedy Care is fair. We have some problems with scheduling and them not sending caregivers that can complete the tasks that they said they would be able to do. Because we have 24-hour care, I have some caregivers that were very good, some that I had to send home, and some in between. Overall, I'm disappointed with them because they knew what we needed, and several times they didn't send people who could take care of what needed to be done. Well, the salesperson that I talked to was very professional and assured me that we would be taken care of. I also felt comfortable when he followed up with my calls, so I felt confident with them until we started.

I have some people come over from Kennedy Care. I like the workers they have. They really care for you, and are concerned about your well-being. When they first started out, they weren't very good. There were people that weren't reliable, but the reliability of the people that I have now is perfect. They try their best to make things work out.

I think that Kennedy Care, Home Care in Ann Arbor, Michigan is an excellent choice for someone that is independent and who prefers to live independently in the privacy of their own home and who is seeking some outside supportive services and assistance with their activities of daily living for them self, a friend, or for a loved one. They provide pet care and pet sitting, support services and programs for you or a loved one. In addition to they also provide services from 3 hours to 24/7 seven on a weekly basis. They also provide for their clients therapeutic, skilled nursing care and Medical Social Workers to fit into their clients' individual needs as necessary for them to become at their maximum independent levels that is possible for them. They also offer their clients personal care such as; bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, transferring, ROM, and passive ROM exercises. In addition to catheter care, ostomy care, turn and reposition, document their patients' food consumption, fluid and output. They also provide their clients with companion services, transportation services, to activities and social functions, medication reminders, and ambulation. They also provide in home physician visits, nursing assessments', home visit nurses, therapist and an array of various other supportive services and assistance. In general, I would rank Kennedy Care, Home Care of Ann Arbor, Michigan with a five stars rating for their excellence and expertise in home care.
