They could make my life easier, maybe a little bit more attention to interacting with my mom because sometimes they were on their phone. I like that they were very thorough, came out, and very organized. They made a calendar of the days the various caregivers were there, and they kept in contact with me.

The agency provided home care for my aunt. They typically arrived on time. We encountered a problem initially with the first care giver but they immediately corrected the situation. They then matched my aunt with the perfect care giver. We will never forget how wonderful this agency was. They provided the attention and care that my aunt needed and were eager to accommodate our needs in any way they could. Nest & Care has been a wonderful provider for our family taking care of my mom daily visits for medications, food and company. The staff are great at communications, updates and scheduling; they are also very creative with problem-solving to ensure my mom is cared for, is comfortable, and that she has joy with the caregiver visits. About 6 weeks ago, I was referred by a social worker to call Nest & Care for possible care for my mom who was going to be discharged from the rehab. Kat came to assess my mom. She also spoke to me and my brother about options given the fact that my mom needs help financially to be able to get services. I was impressed because even though she knew we couldn’t afford to pay she still took the time to do some research and provided us with application links to some resources so that my mom can get the help that she needed. We are currently in the process of getting approved for services. My family is grateful!

Wow! The caretakers from Nest have exceeded our expectations! They are warm, skilled, engaging and experts at helping care for our family member with dementia while preserving her dignity. Our hours are sometimes unpredictable and Nest works diligently to always have a skilled provider for us. they manage to keep our pool of providers small so our family member has some familiarity with them. To continue familiarity. The caregivers are on always time, willing to stay late if we are unexpectedly detained and always professional. They are attentive and will text me throughout to let me know how things are going. On a less important note, I’m very pleased that they take care of all the nuances of paying employees so I don’t have to keep track of taxes, hours etc. Thank you Nest!!

This service is extremely responsive and well organized. They were able to come quickly and The RN now regularly performs wound care for my mother on a serious wound which has to be monitored and re-dressed every 48 hours. My mother is very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend.

Nest Care is a superior caregiving company that I would recommend to anyone in need of professional caregiving services for a loved one. We have been working with Nest Care for the past 7 months. My husband is currently a patient in long term nursing facility in MD. He is a quadriplegic. Ms. Icey and Ms. Kat is extremely professional and personal to our situation. They contact me personally to keep me updated on the caregivers schedules, any change in the schedule or any challenges the caregivers have working with my husband. The caregivers arrive on time. They get their bi-weekly Covid tests and results back within the time frame without interrupting my husband's schedule. The caregivers contact me personally if they have any concerns or if my husband has any personal needs. I can contact them if I need them to do something concerning my husband. The caregivers service my husband in many different ways: sponge baths, shaving, exercises his limbs, feed him, brushing his teeth, personal care, cutting his fingernails, rub creams/lotions on his skin, etc. They will do whatever is asked of them. The supervisors and caregivers are very quick to meet any need I request. Ms. Icey contacts me often just to check in to see how the caregivers are doing with my husband and if my husband and I are satisfied. It is very important to the supervisors that my husband receives the care he requires and that we are happy and satisfied with the services. I have been a client of Nest and Care for two years within which I had care levels equal to my changing physical ability. Many times, some of the caregivers whom I previously had were reassigned to me, making it easier to establish a continuity of care, based on the knowledge and experience of those familiar with my condition. When clients are introduced to new caregivers, there is always an opportunity for a conversation with a staff member, making the transition easier for all involved. I think that this is an excellent idea because it emphasizes the importance of viewing the organization as a totality of relationships, rather than just one isolated client and one caregiver. The quality of the staff and caregivers is remarkable. I have found them to be empathetic, attentive and conscientious. Employee education is stressed at Nest and Care. Work schedules are planned whenever possible to enable staff and caregivers to further their healthcare education. This is important to me due to the rapid changes within the medical and caregiving fields. Contracted with Nest and Care to provide in home nursing support for an elderly mother who was moved home out of a LTC facility during the Covid crisis and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Highly responsive and flexible while providing competent and professional in home care.

Nest and Care was recommended to help me find a caregiver for my sister who had just survived Covid-19. Within a few days after my sister returned to the nursing home Kat had found a caregiver to work with my sister who was very weak and needs help with basic needs such as feeding. Kat had inquired me thoroughly about my sister's conditions, her needs in order to find an appropriate person to work with my sister. Nest and Care staff as well as the caregivers are always friendly, caring and attentive. They keep me informed regularly about my sister's progresses, needs, facilitating phone calls and facetime with my family. They perform their tasks in a professional manner and caring. Kat has always been available and responsive to our needs. We selected Nest & Care after hearing Kat make a presentation at our local chapter of the Stroke Association. She worked with us in the selection of a caregiver and arranging a schedule that worked with our long term care policy. Our caregiver is like a member of our family and works with our physical therapist in exercises and provides a well prepared and healthy meal. He is punctual and dependable. He is professional in every way and we could not ask for more.

I chose Nest & Care for the personable approach, and after meeting Kat, our family decided to pick them for in-home care.
