Comfort keepers provided loving caregivers who helped me and my partner through the last difficult years of his life. They performed tasks such as preparing food, taking my partner to appointments when I was working, helped him with dressing, etc. Management was responsive if there was a problem with any of the caregivers, and they usually covered absences. This was lifesaving help for both my partner and myself as being a lone caregiver is too much for anyone's plate. Thank you to Comfort Keepers, and especially to your caregivers.

I had some spine surgery and I had a caretaker for a couple of weeks from Comfort Keepers. It was very good. It was expensive, but I think they all are. Her personality matched mine very, very well. We got along, and we're friends now. Even though she's not my caretaker anymore, we still keep up with each other. I was very pleased with the selection. The person in charge matches the people up as much as she can and who's available at that time. I only needed her for two weeks. It wasn't a permanent situation. It was just to help me after I got out of the hospital because I live alone.

Our relationships with our aides run deep and the mutual respect goes a long way in cementing our very deep appreciation for their help. The agency's oversight is meticulous and they provide a near-instant response to any changes that need to be made. Comfort Keepers has been supporting Mom remain in her home for several years. Caregivers are scheduled twice daily most days of the week with changes made as Moms needs fluctuate. Someone is always available when additional assistance is needed or I’m concerned about Mom. Coordinators ensure caregivers are a good fit for Moms needs. Caregivers are lovingly attentive making sure Mom is always comfortable. When a rare problem comes up coordinators are extremely responsive and understanding as they address any concern. Everyone in the main office has been remarkably supportive to me and Mom - the kindness and professionalism is exemplary. The quality of Moms life is enhanced because of the sensitivity of all at Comfort Keepers. I can’t imagine any better care. They have my heart felt gratitude.

They came out on a holiday weekend when no hospice would. The same day I called them. They told us not to worry. It was hard to arrange for hospice, but Ani told me they would be ready on any day that hospice could help. They kept their promise.
