Griswold Home Care provided excellent care for our mother. The team was always responsive, took the time to understand our mother's needs and lifestyle rhythms and were supportive to us as a family during a time of need and transition. Life never comes without a few bumps in the road, even in the best of businesses. When there was a bump in the service we received from Griswold - one substitute person, one time - Griswold took full responsibility, remedied the situation immediately and forever after provided the exemplary care that we had come to expect from them. I absolutely recommend Griswold Home Care without hesitation. To my experience they are the best you will find.

I hired several caregivers through Griswold, and while all were reliable and professional, one really bonded with my dad. In fact, I still keep in touch with her, a year after my dad's passing. Erin, the owner/director, and Tanya, the manager, were outstanding in every respect. I knew I could count on them as Daddy declined, and Tanya even made home visits. My dad really liked her. I have dealt with other agencies, but none has administrators as caring and helpful as this one.

Erin P. was incredible in helping us set up quick care for our Aunt when her dementia and blindness made her unable to care for herself completely in her own home. Our Aunt appreciated the extra time she got to stay in her own place before her care became necessary at a 24-hour facility. Thank you.

I think that when something that your doing needs to be done, you want someone accountable. They are just very personal, efficient, and reliable.

The services are a great help for me because I am the main caregiver. My husband, unfortunately, has had setbacks. Having someone to come assist me is a great help. I wouldn't be able to do it by myself. I know that, in general, all organizations are short of staff. Sometimes you receive people who have expertise in what you need, but sometimes you don't. In my case, my husband has a memory problem, so I would benefit if they would send me a person who can offer the kind of assistance that a client with memory loss would need. They give good help, but it's not always the type you need.
