When mom came home from hospital this agency came to home to see to her needs per Medicare requirements, 2 wks , with a RN and a PT coming in twice a week. They were the nicest ladies and always had a smile on their faces for us! Excellent, Professional help. Then a month later I called them in for the Hospice side of their care. The RN and Aide along with the social worker and the Head RN were wonderful! Their help had no bounds and so willing to always be here for mom and me. Whatever we need, they are providing. They gave me their 24/7 "hotline" to call anytime I needed them for whatever reason! The medical bed was delivered the next day that I had talked and set up their care! I was so surprised how fast and effective they set everything up and got the ball rolling for the Best care ever! The Aide comes in with a smile on her face and gives mom her bath and is so soothing to mom with her care. The shipment of the supplies arrived the following day like magic! They are on top of all mom's needs and even offered to bring in a volunteer to help me with anything I needed, respite, cleaning, etc! Wonderful people and wonderful care! I give them 5 stars!
