The office does a good job of keeping in contact and informing if there is a schedule conflict. For the financial aspect, they make it easy, so they do a weekly withdrawal and send us an invoice. I was able to get financial help for my mom, being a surviving wife of a vet. Just keeping her company and helping do the laundry to keep my mom off the stairs, since she has mobility issues.

I like that they were cautious and compassionate. The provider helped out the most with his basic needs and hygiene.

I like that they have been able to provide us with regular visits with a consistent caregiver. The services have been able to assist my wife with her bathing needs. It has been so nice recently having a consistent caregiver so we have had some stability.

They adapt to the desired schedule. They are very attentive to my mother's needs. They are very efficient and the time they spend here. They inform of any scheduling changes.

Her vision was bad and she couldn't drive anymore. They take her to do the shopping. It has been very helpful. She is quick to do things for her.

Mom is very fond of a few of the caregivers. The caregivers don't all engage her. Some of them treat her more like a friend. A couple of them have come in and not paid much attention to her.
