"My husband is at home and doing in-home care for 2 hours a week. We're using an agency called Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging, or they call themselves NEI3A. They're located on 9th Street in Waterloo. The agency is wonderful, but it doesn't do everything I want. That's probably their way of doing it. Whatever I ask the young girl to do, she'll do it but I also need a little heavier and deeper cleaning and they don't do that. They just do what they're supposed to, and the caregiver is very nice. The upper people are very helpful too. It might have been a year since we got them."
